Bounce Squad
We Fly High
Bounce Squad Track Clinic was started in the summer of 2019 by Coaches Montrose & Chabon as a small summer training group for jumpers. We started out with 6 athletes and have grown to a club of over 50 athletes now.
​
We are one of the only summer T&F programs to specialize in technical training for the jumping & hurdle events in the region. We also offer training for sprint and hurdle events in addition to speed & agility training for other sport athletes.
​
Throws coaching also available upon request.

HS/College Training Group Main Session
Runs from 6/24 - 8/15
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights, 5:30-7:30pm.
Open to anyone aged 14 and older.
